ph health never stores your credit card details. The only information stored are your order details, which will never be sold or rented to third parties.
Handling and Shipping:
Your order will be sent wrapped via courier.

Back Orders:
Whilst we endeavour to keep all items stocked, there may be times when a sudden rush places the item out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you and place your order onto back order status. We regularly order stock and would expect it to be just a few days before your order is fulfilled; however you may cancel at any time prior to us shipping your item. If you have ordered multiple items and only one is out of stock, we will send out all available items and then complete your order when any back order items come back into stock. Please note, if we send any items separately to complete your order we will not charge you any additional postage.

Our contract to you:
When you place an order to purchase a product from phhealth.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to be dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
Returns and Refunds:
Our 14 day returns guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition – unopened and any seals intact. Providing the item is in its original condition you will be given a full refund for the item(s). There is a handling charge of £6.
Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items:
If when you receive your order any of the items have been damaged during transit you can return them to us within 14 days for exchange, to the following address:

We will inform you of receipt of your package via email. Goods are refunded within 14 days, if you have requested an exchange we will send out your replacement by return.
